What's It About?

The economy has tanked. When that happens, if you have money to spend, you can usually find great deals. But are you thinking of purchasing artwork in a gallery? A little apprehensive about it? We understand. The very fact that an art gallery is located in a mall or other expensive location makes you wonder: Is it real art? Are the prices fair? Am I just paying for their overhead? Do they really know what they're talking about?

Or perhaps you think "I hate going into those galleries and getting bludgeoned by the salespeople."
Like everything else, there are a lot of reputable galleries. But there are also some who aren't.

We Have An Alternative

We created the Inside Art Trader to connect buyers to sellers of art that is no longer available in the galleries. This is artwork that we have requested shipped to us, that we have inspected, appraised and verified as legitimate. Our concept is to allow the collector to make an offer on any of our current listings, which we forward to the owner. There's a few samples on this page. Click the 'artwork' tab above to see more and for more detailed information about who we are, follow the links above. And thanks for stopping here...
